If for any reason you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the goods in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
Except in the case of faulty items please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and send the goods with the appropriate insurance as we cannot be held liable for missing or damaged goods.
We regret, for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on toiletries and skincare unless the product is delivered to you with a factory seal and it remains unbroken.
In the event of a faulty item we will be happy to offer a replacement item or refund the cost of the item together with the original postage cost and any reasonable cost incurred in returning the item to us. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and send the goods with the appropriate insurance as we cannot be held liable for missing or damaged goods.
